Chili Cookoff Entry - Rules & Regulations

8th Annual Marine Riders TH - Chili Cookoff

ALL COOKS TO ARRIVE AS EARLY AS 7:00AM TO GET AN ASSINGED STATION.

(NO COOKING CAN BEGIN UNTIL 8:30AM)

• All Chili must be cooked on the premises.  Preparation of food such as chopping is allowed off-site. (Ingredients must be safe for public consumption)
• Entrants will supply their own propane stove/BBQ, tables, chairs, canopy tents, tablecloths, paper products (bowls, cups, napkins), & cookware.
• Your booth area will be 10 x 10 ft.
• Entrants will cook a minimum of 2 gallons of chili (7.5 Liters).
• Cooking begins at 8:30 am and must be ready for tasting at 12:00 pm. 
• All entrants/vendors must clean their area within 1 hour at the end of the event.
• The entry fee of $25 is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• By Purchasing Entry Fee, you agree to all rules and regulations.
