This registration form is for vendors who desire to sell products and/or perform services at the Annual Marine Riders Chili Cook-Off to be held at:

American Legion Post 295, 

5646 Corporate Ave, Cypress, CA 90630

By registering to participate as a vendor, you understand and acknowledge that you will agree to donate one of the following:

• One Item worth $25 or more

or

• 15% of the proceeds of total sales
